[He never did anything halfway, that was for sure. Sometimes that went well, other times it didn't, especially when it involved a case. But as she walked in and took in the elegance of the suite, brushed her fingers casually along the sheets of the bed and the petals resting there, she couldn't help but be impressed at all the effort he'd put into this. He certainly didn't have to.

At his question, she chuckled softly and turned to look at him.]

Mm, it's beautiful. Almost a little too beautiful. [A smile.] Thank you.

Is there such a thing?

[He watched her with that nervous sort of anticipation, not entirely certain she'd appreciate the effort -- or even want it. Then she turned to him and smiled and he felt like a weight had been lifted off him. He smiled back, slowly closing the distance between them.]

There's bubbly, if you'd like it. Or something sweet to eat. Or... not?

[She watched him slowly approach her and waited patiently until he was within reaching distance, feeling a brief brush of amusement at all of his questions. At him giving her so many options to choose from.]

Not is fine.

[She'd drank enough for now during dinner, and she wasn't in the mood for treats. Not when he was so close and all she wanted to do was draw in closer, which was what she did, reaching for his hands as she leaned in again. An unspoken offer for him to kiss her again, if he wanted to take it.]

[He'd have to be more of a masochist than he was not to take that offer, the step into her paired with him drawing her closer as his mouth came down on hers. There was a small tremor that shot through him, something in his mind screaming 'FINALLY' as he slid his tongue past her lips to tease hers, one hand coming up to get lost in her hair.

The time for teasing was done. He wanted to claim her, to be claimed. Quarantine better hope that nothing happened to deter them any longer, because Lucifer only had so much control.]

[Her arms wound around his neck as he drew her in and took claim of her lips, hands tightly clasped in his suit; whether it was to ground herself in the wake of his intensity or to drag him closer was unclear, but she had no notion of anything other than the feel of him against her. Of the way his hands tangled in her hair and his tongue teased at her already reddened lips.

She kissed him back with little finesse, instead focusing on what felt good, on how tilting her head brought a whole new depth and angle to the way his mouth fit against hers.]

[He made a low guttural sound when she gave him another angle to kiss her at, the hand in her hair cupping her head and the one at her waist sliding down to rest over that tempting curve of her ass. She was right; it didn't take much to turn him on when it came to her and he'd been mostly hard for the majority of the evening. Now, he was at that painful aching stage, that too-hard part of him pressing in against her as if he could get some modicum of relief from it.]

[She loved that. Loved that she could make him get to that point of needy. Have him grasping and pulling and making that low growl in the back of his throat as he rubbed against her. She could feel the rigid length of him against her and trembled a bit as her hands slowly pulled away from around his neck to tug at the lapels of his suit in an insistent request.]

[The last thing he wanted was to take his hands from her, but the small part of his brain assigned to logic stated that clothing removal was sort of integral to this, so he found the strength to pull his hands away, to jerk them up to the sides of his jacket and start to tug it off. Then came the buttons on his waistcoat, then the buttons of his shirt. All fumbled and speedily done before he was grasping at her again, a hand at her face while the other was trying to shove off his undone clothes.]

[One moment he'd been separated from her and the next she was once again in the demanding circle of his arms, though it was tempered by the sharp contrast of his hand touching her face so gently, like she was made of spun glass. Her fingers eagerly explored him, sought him out in the wake of that brief loss before they smoothed over the bare skin of his belly, moving up higher to caress his chest.]

Chloe...

[Her name slipped past his lips like a prayer as his mouth started to drag over her jaw, down to her neck. He nibbled and kissed, licking at her pulse and earlobe, tasting as much of her as he could as he felt the intensity of her touching his bare skin. One arm was free of his shirt and vest, the cloth dangling from the shoulder of the other one before he switched which hand was touching her, dropping his clothing to the ground before he had both hands on her, pulling her in against him by her hips.]

Uh huh.

[She felt her breath catch in her throat, gasping the vague agreement into the thin air as his lips blazed across her skin. He touched her like he was laying claim to her, writing his name over her pulse and tasting her as if he wanted to memorize her for later. She watched him clumsily shrug out of his clothes with a giddy, almost surreal kind of amusement, not used to seeing Lucifer Morningstar do anything clumsily, much less when it involved taking off his clothes. And then he was tugging her back in and she couldn't help but gasp as her hips collided with his. And suddenly the layers of clothes between them felt more than a little stifling.]

Wait, wait— here.

[Regretfully, she pulled away from him and walked backwards until the back of her knees hit the bed, sitting atop the sheets as her hands moved down to start removing her boots.]

No.

[He moved forward quickly, stopping her hand and kneeling down in front of her on the floor. His breathing was quick and coming in little pants, but there was something he wanted. Something that made him feel that much more elated as he reached to replace her hand on the zipper with his.]

Allow me. Please.

[For the barest of moments, she's confused, her mind lost in the fog of him and everything they were doing before she came back to herself. Realized what he wanted.]

Okay.

[She watched him kneel before her and gently take her hand away; she let him, both arms propping her up on the bed as she held out her boot for him.]

[Smiling that wicked smile of delight, he shifted so he could rest her foot on his thigh, sliding his hands up along her leg until he got to the zipper. He was slow when he drew it down, hearing that metallic rasp that just built up that anticipation. When he had it down near her ankle, he parted the rest of the boot and raised her foot to slowly and carefully slide it out, setting the discarded boot down by the side of the bed and lifting her foot up to kiss the top of it. After he set that down, he moved to lift her other leg and give it the same treatment, watching her as he did it.

That anticipation was still there. That nervous rising need. But it was tempered with knowing that she wanted to be here. That she knew where this was going and had agreed to it. That the door was locked and they were both fully on board with where this was going to go. She wanted him. He very much wanted her. And this was going to happen.]

[She didn't pretend that she wasn't watching him the entire time. Her eyes were locked on each little movement he made; how he propped her leg up on his thigh, the way he slowly unzipped her, the gentle lift of her foot out of her boot before he pressed his lips against it out of no other reason than to be sweet.

As he lifted his eyes to look at her, she wished she could touch him back. Wished she could lean forward and weave her fingers through the dark locks of his hair as he finished undressing her. She was quickly discovering she loved his hands around her, loved how big they felt spread out over his ankles and back and ass. She wanted to feel him everywhere. And yet she found herself voicing another thought to him, speaking quietly. Not a reprimand or accusation. Just a simple statement.]

You don't have to touch me like I'm going to break, you know.

I know you wouldn't. There's no one I know of that's more strong and resilient than you, Chloe. I just... like to touch you. In a variety of ways.

[As the second boot was set aside, he lifted her leg and kissed inside against her ankle, then nibbled a little further up towards her knee.]

At this exact moment, I'm enjoying drawing out the moment. I have a feeling there's going to be a point very soon where I won't have the control to be so soft, so... why not get it in now?

[Against the sight of him slowly nipping and kissing up her leg and the way her name sounded in his voice right then, she couldn't find the will to care about anything else. But if he wanted to be soft, she would let him. With the leg he currently wasn't kissing, she gently draped her foot across his shoulder, toes brushing along him just for the sake of encouragement.]

[Of course, being at this angle wasn't hurting either, his head dipping down a little to get a peek up the edge of her skirt.]

[Her name was said deliberately there, his tone making it come out with a purr as his mouth and stubble rasped up along her leg, past her knee, teeth barely grazing just above that on that soft, sweet smelling skin.]

[She let out a small huff of breath at that, using her strength to haul herself up to watch him now, quirking a brow at him almost as she usually would while on a case.]

Last I checked, I wasn't stopping you. Or would you like my express permission...

[One of her hands drifted forward to pet at his hair, letting her nails gently rake down the nape of his neck.]

I always want your express permission when it comes to... this particular subject.

[They'd danced and bantered around it so long, he felt like that was a requirement now, just to know that there were no boundaries he was stepping over that she wasn't giving him leave to.

Still, eyes on her face, he dragged his lips along the inside of her thigh, cheek pushing the edge of her skirt up a bit.]

Shall I try to guess what color your knickers are before I see them?

You're probably going to whether I want you to or not.

[Quipped back at the mention of guessing her underwear color, because really now. In a moment of intimacy or not, Lucifer and his Lucifer-ness often just came with the territory.

She shifted her hips when he drew closer, letting out a pleased hum at the feel of his stubble there.]

If you say granny-panty white, I will end you.

I've been through your drawers before. Besides, I doubt they have granny panties here. I should hope not. But if I had to guess...

[He nosed her skirt up a little higher. Not high enough to show anything -- yet, but enough that he could flick his tongue out over her upper inner thigh with a happy little sigh.]

Red. To match the dress.

Uh huh. And when, exactly, did you go through my drawers? Because I don't believe we've had that talk.

[Oh, he's certainly crept into her house before while she was in the shower, but she could just picture him rummaging through her things with the excitement of an overgrown five-year old.

She'd tug her skirt up herself if she weren't currently sitting on it. As it was, she was resigned to this little game of his, watching him nose his way closer and closer to where she wanted him to be. Which he would discover certainly did involve a matched red, though she wasn't telling him that now.]

That your final guess?

From you, it's either black or red, but I like the notion of red. Your own little devilish charm, mm?

[Nosing a little higher, his eyes on her, he couldn't see what he brushed his nose against, but he could feel it. He could scent her, that sweet musk that had his mouth watering as he let out a little groan.]

Yes. Red. Shall I peek?

Yes.

[It's meant to be a huff of exasperation more than the shaky little sigh it was, but she didn't care. All that mattered was his mouth on her rising ever higher and the concept of just tugging him in by the hair.

So she compromised, giving his scalp a firm little pull, her foot nudging at that spot between his shoulder blades as she let it rest against him more heavily.]
